A few months ago, v13 asked me to write about a snapshot of life on tour, part of a series they’re doing featuring different musicians. I chose the first two weeks of last December, a crazy time where Kansas was finishing their 50th anniversary tour, I was shuffling back and forth from home, juggling family responsibilities, Stratospheerius played our album release party, and I turned 50.
